An invitation to book your place at this year's Conference
We are delighted to share further details of this year's Community Rail & Station Adopters Conference with you.
Date: Friday 10th October 2025
Venue: The Motorpoint Arena, Bolero Square, Nottingham, NG1 1LA
Time: Arrive at 10:00 for a 10:45 start; finish approximately 15:30
Return train tickets from home stations (including those served only by Cross Country services) will be provided for those attending the Conference.
As the Conference is taking place on a Friday, we are offering the option to 'make a weekend' of it in Nottingham. You may travel back from Nottingham on any date between Friday 10th and Monday 13th October. There are plenty of hotels to suit all budgets near the Arena.
A shuttle bus will be in operation between the station and the venue before and after the conference. If you would prefer to walk to the venue this will take approximately 15 minutes.
If you are driving, the nearest car park is NCP Nottingham Stoney Street, a short walk from the Arena. There is a blue badge holder car park next to the Arena on Dean Street. This is operated by Nottingham City Council on a first come, first served basis and cannot be booked in advance. Alternatively, there are also blue badge parking spaces on Barker Gate opposite the Arena.

- Routes of Remembrance, our partnership with The Veteran’s Charity and chance to take part in a special commemorative piece of artwork
- The December 2025 timetable change
We will also be hosting a marketplace of information stands from partners in a dedicated networking area over the lunch break and an open Q&A session with EMR managers to close the day.

Bookings close on Friday 5th September and due to venue capacity, we will have to operate a 'first come first served' policy. Also, as we must confirm many details with the venue by an agreed date, if anyone replies after the deadline, we will not be able to guarantee your attendance.
We will be in touch with everyone who has confirmed their attendance at the Conference with further joining instructions, including the details of the bus shuttle from the station to the Arena, nearer the time of the event.
If you are unable to attend there is no need to reply to this invitation or follow the link to book your place at the Conference.
