MEDIA INVITE: Artwork created by Lincoln artist and school children set to be unveiled at city’s station
What: Over several months, six pieces of artwork have been created, three by local artist Mel Langton and three by pupils in our local schools including Lincoln Christ’s Hospital, The Priory Academy LSST and National Citizen Service. The pieces showcase some of Lincoln’s best attractions, we hope this brightens up the station, and inspires both the local community and visiting community to explore all the city has to offer.
Attendees will be able to interview:
- Elaine Porter, Teacher, Lincoln Christ Hospital School
- Year 10 pupils from Lincoln Christ Hospital School
- Kate Myers, Officer, North Notts and Lincs Community Rail Partnership
- Peter Harrold, Rotarian from Lincoln Colonia of Bailgate Rotary group
