- EMR seeking tenants for spaces in exciting multi-million-pound station revamp
- Space could suit many different businesses and is just minutes from the town centre
- Tenants will be offered low-cost leases to help new ventures get started
East Midlands Railway (EMR) is seeking tenants for new office spaces at Boston station as part of an exciting £2.8 million redevelopment.
The two new units, which are being created using the Government’s Town Deal Fund, offer a unique and accessible base just minutes from the town centre.
A number of uses would fit perfectly into the space – such as an art studio, start-up workspace or community organisation. EMR is also offering tenants low-cost leases to help new ventures get started.
Each room offers 12m² of flexible workspace and benefits from shared kitchenette and washroom facilities, with access to a meeting room available on request.
With more than 270,000 customer journeys made via Boston by train last year, EMR is confident the spaces will prove popular.
Simon Pready, Commercial Director at East Midlands Railway, said: “With so many people using Boston station each year, these new spaces offer a fantastic opportunity to put your business or project right at the heart of the community.
"We’re offering affordable starter rates to make it easier for new ideas to take shape – it’s a great chance to find a base where you can grow your business or community idea.
"If you are interested in renting one of these units, please get in touch.”
