• Staff would move out of ticket offices and on station platforms, concourses and ticket halls, adopting new
‘customer help’ roles already in place in many parts of the railway

• EMR will also run a number of Skegness Summer Special services which will start at Derby. 

• Summer Sale tickets will be available from today - July 3 
• Tickets will be on a first-served basis but will not be limited to one per person
• Tickets must be purchased in advance and are only one way 

• Resurfacing works on roads around Derby Station's main entrance to begin on Monday, 10 July 
• Journey times to the station may take longer 
• Access to station, Zone 1, and Zone 3 car parks not affected
